We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return a product or cancel an order. 1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order is shipped. Please immediately contact us at 011-69268819/lifestyle@bynbe.com with your order details.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy outlined below.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (skin care and beauty), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, you may request a return or exchange.
- Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
- Custom Orders: Products that are personalized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2.3 Return Process

- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
2.4 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
- Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2.5 Exchanges
- Currently, We have no exchange policy.
3. Refund Exceptions
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. - Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of a package without prior authorization from us, we will not issue a refund.
